Arc 9: 100% W.I.T.C.H. is the 9th arc of the W.I.T.C.H. comics.
Summary[]
Starting from issue 97 of the previous arc, most issues have their own self-contained story. The Guardians now face their daily problems from families, friends, and school. The stories ranged from facing their first day of returning to Sheffield Institute,[1] to finding out more about both of their parents’ pasts and abilities,[2] and to Dean's parents returning.[3]
At the same time, they faced several new enemies who wanted to destroy them which included the Runics, a group of five evil wizards who control the dark powers of the elements;[4] and Nihila, the Queen of Darkness who wanted to weave and control everyone and their destinies with her magical Loom.[5] The series also introduced new missions where the Guardians assisted the beings of the natural worlds; from listening to the voice of the Earth[6] to helping Mareeve, the Saarineen, from marrying King of the Sharks, Orristur.[7]
